Out west

After many pipedreams of taking cycling trips in Holland or Sweden or Germany, I settled for a more local and sentimental trip.

In the month of September last year I travelled from Alexandria, on the northern boundary of Glasgow, to meet some friends in a cabin in Dalavich.

On my way i had to inhale snickers every half hour, partake in eating high calorie Scottish food, plough through 100m water ditches and live in constant fear of being cut up by wankers in Mercedes'. It rained most of the route, but i was smiling the whole way.
